SHIPPING

When will i receive my order?

Spain and Portugal

Free shipping | 1 to 2 business days. Most orders are delivered within 48-72 hours.
(Excludes: Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)

Europe orders are delivered within 3 -7 business days.

United Kingdom orders are delivered within 6 -10 business days.

United States orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.

Australia / New Zeland orders are delivered within 10-12 business days.

Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday on the same day as long as they are made before 13:00p.m.. (orders received after 13:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day).
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no deliveries.

How much does the shipping cost?

Additional information

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, but we will handle any issues to ensure the best experience possible.

Shipping outside the EU: Customs and taxes

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. At Pamera, we ship under the DAP (Delivery At Place) terms, which means we cover all costs except for taxes and import duties, which must be paid by the recipient if applicable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by international customs processes.
