HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

To make a size change, the garment you are going to return must be in perfect condition, with its tags and original packaging and must not have been used. You must pack it correctly.
Once we receive the package in perfect condition pamera will send the first exchange for free.
HOW DO I PROCEED WITH A RETURN?
Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

COSTS
- Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of 6€.
- Returns of orders from the EU have a cost of 15€.
- Returns of orders from other countries have a cost of 20-30€
The customer is responsible for customs expenses, and in the event of not accepting them, they will not receive a full refund, but the shipping costs for both delivery and return will be deducted.
All of the products included in the return must be in perfect condition and with no signs of use. The garments must be returned new, unused and with all the components of their packaging such as gift box, and original labels attached to the garment as they were sent.
REFUNDS
Once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund. The amount of the return corresponds to the purchase you made, not including shipping costs. You can choose between an instant refund via bank transfer or refund to the original card, which may take up to 10 days.
The deadline for reporting defects in the garment is 3 days from receipt of the order.
